  First time visit. Had a lot of fun! Lots of activities, great music-based and comedy shows (some R-rated so maybe keep the kids out), good food reasonably priced, and tons of crafts for those who like them. Lots of kids there, and they aren't ignored by the beautiful fairy and large wing-spanned golden egg-toting human owl. Was disappointed none of the vendors sold Scotch Eggs! Maybe next year? Not only were all the cast in Renaissance dress but a lot of visitors were as well, so don't be afraid to go big and show up in your finest. Overall a good time and worth the long drive up from WV and the tolls paid.
